Minimal intervention - adding balconies to a Gründerzeit house

Summer room as a social sculpture?

With a small intervention, the quality of life of the residents could be improved and thus indirectly increase the lifespan of the flats and the entire old building.

A small project in which a great deal of time was devoted to the search for a beautiful form while taking economic efficiency into account, and in which a precise solution was sought using models on a scale of 1:50 to 1:1 and through close dialogue with the craftsmen.
