In the course of the upcoming renovation of the Oekolampad community centre on Allschwilerplatz, which we are planning as an office, the opportunity arose to temporarily use the former church hall. At the time of its inauguration, the building ensemble was already a place for the community and is to be used increasingly by social institutions and cultural organisations in the future.

Our intention is to launch a series of events and offer a space for dialogue and encounters. The series is entitled ‘tête-à-tête’ and is intended to provide a platform for intellectual dialogue between two people. According to our concept, we invite one person at a time, who is allowed to choose their counterpart. The topics are wide-ranging and revolve more or less remotely around this place, which is the starting point of this event as a possible ‘Fun Palace’.
